Hi UltraStar! Firstly I LOVE your game. The only problem I have with it is that I spend WAY too long playing it!
Secondly - I was wondering if you can tell me. Is downloading the song files (the karaoke lyrics and timing files NOT the mp3s themselves) legal? Is it breaching any copyright to be using the artists lyrics that way?
The reason I ask is that I work for the government and want to have an ultrastar work party and they wouldn't be happy if I breached some rule somewhere.

Hi. Downloading and sharing karaoke lyrics and midi files (ultrastar simfiles too) is legal depending on the country. In Poland it's not legal. We are launching UltraStar shop with legal songs which can be bought and used without worry.
