Please read the following carefully because by using UltraStar Community Network you are agreeing to abide by these Terms of Use.

UltraStar may make changes to the Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, UltraStar will make a new copy of the Terms available at http://www.ultrastar.pl/terms-of-use. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the Terms have changed, UltraStar will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms. The entire contents of the UltraStar Community Network not published by the UltraStar Community Network Users are protected by copyright (unless otherwise indicated).

3. Compliance with Laws.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, all third-party rights and all UltraStar policies. You shall not use the UlraStar Community Network in a manner that violates such laws, rules and regulations, third parties' rights or any UltraStar policies or in a manner that is deceptive, unethical, false or misleading.
